Aid to the Church in Need Australia
ACN is the Pontifical Foundation dedicated to supporting the suffering and persecuted Church. The diocese of Huancavelica is one of the poorest in Peru. Two priests are now managing to visit every village once a month, celebrating Holy Mass, administering to the sick, and preparing people for the Sacraments. This pastoral care is now bearing fruit, and more and more Catholics are returning to the practice of their faith, but a robust all-terrain vehicle would make it much easier for these priests to minister to the faithful in Peru. Can you help? Visit: www.aidtochurch.org/monthlyproject
Did you Know we have our own Social Services agency in the Diocese?

These vital works rely on our generosity, and our parish has a quota of $37,295 to contribute, with now only two collections per year to raise these funds. Are you a young man seeking to hear God’s voice and discover his plan for your life? Do you know any young men who might benefit from living in Joseph House? The responsibility of nurturing strong vocations lies with each and every one of us. Bishop Anthony looks to all members of the community of the Church of Broken Bay to be the ambassadors of Joseph House, to inspire young men you may know to consider seriously reflecting on God’s call for their life. He looks to each one of us to be partners in the mission of the Church to build a vocational culture, so that our young people might discover the divine purpose of their lives.
