Fr Stephen has been a wonderful gift to our parish in his ministry and will be sorely missed. In this new direction of his life we pray that it will be fruitful and as fulfilling as his years of ministering in the Diocese of Broken Bay. God's blessings and thanks.
Adoration in Lent
Consider trying to make a Lenten Holy Hour this year. If it’s something you don’t usually find the time for, it’s a great way to draw near to Jesus during these forty days. Our lives are so very busy that it’s sometimes difficult to slow down and find time for prayer. This is precisely the reason I love Eucharistic Adoration. It’s nice to just be in his presence and be still; it’s a retreat from the world. (Harringtonharmonies.com)
Adoration is held on all Saturdays of Lent in the Prayer Room, following 9am Mass and continuing throughout the day until Benediction at 5:30pm. Withdraw from your daily busyness and find peace with the Lord.
Adoration is also held on all first Saturdays of the month, and all Saturdays of June, September and Advent.

Feast of Divine Mercy
On the Sunday after Easter we celebrate the Feast of Divine Mercy, where we may obtain the complete forgiveness of sins and punishment, an extraordinary grace promised by Jesus. To obtain such grace we must go to Confession within 21 days before or after that Sunday, receive Holy Communion on the day, venerate the image of the Divine Mercy and be merciful to others, through our actions, words and prayers on their behalf. We celebrate this great feast on 8 April with Mass at 2:15pm, Chaplet of Mercy, Stations of the Cross and Benediction at 3pm.
Novena for the Feast of Divine Mercy
In preparation for the Feast of the Divine Mercy, the Lord asked St Faustina to make known a novena of prayer from Good Friday (30 March) to the following Saturday (7 April). These nine days of prayer before the Feast of Mercy are akin to the nine days of prayer in the upper room before the day of Pentecost. For each of the nine days, Our Lord gave St Faustina an intention to pray for.
These prayers and more information on this great feast may be found on our Divine Mercy tab under Mass & Devotions. More
